Our Women in Water community is proud to honor the women who have been pioneers in the water industry. We celebrates the trailblazers who have created a rich history and paved the way for women in the industry today. Our sessions supports training, mentorship, and networking opportunities, to support women in all stages of their careers. Our community is dedicated to empowering women to reach their full potential in roles ranging from civil and structural engineers to plant and field operators to public relations, technology, customer service, and management.
